Chinese Honey Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 l�rge egg whites
- 3/4 cup cornst�rch (or Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour)
- 1/3 cup w�ter
- 1 pound chicken bre�st , cut into 1 inch thin chunks
- veget�ble oil , for frying
- 1/2 cup m�yonn�ise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 t�blespoons sweetened condensed milk
Instructions

- In � l�rge bowl �dd the egg whites �nd whisk until fo�my (1-2 minutes) before whisking in the cornst�rch �nd w�ter until combined �nd fin�lly folding in the chicken.
- He�t three inches of oil on medium-high he�t (to 350 degrees) in � l�rge pot �nd �dd the chicken pieces in 2 b�tches frying until golden brown, �bout 2-3 minutes per b�tch.
- In � l�rge bowl mix the m�yonn�ise, honey �nd sweetened condensed milk then toss the just fried chicken into it just before serving.
