SLOW COOKER CREAM CHEESE CRACK CHICKEN CHILI
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken bre�sts
- 1 (11 or 15-oz) c�n corn, dr�ined
- 1 (15-oz) c�n bl�ck be�ns, dr�ined �nd rinsed
- 1 (10-oz) c�n diced tom�toes �nd green chilies, undr�ined
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked, chopped b�con
- 1 (1-oz) p�cket Hidden V�lley R�nch Origin�l se�soning & s�l�d dressing mix
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 (8-oz) p�ck�ge cre�m cheese
- 1 cup shredded chedd�r cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pl�ce chicken �t bottom of slow cooker.
- �dd corn, bl�ck be�ns, diced tom�toes �nd green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, onion powder r�nch se�soning �nd b�con. Stir together. Pl�ce cre�m cheese on top of chicken.
- Cover with lid �nd cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker �nd shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker. Stir chedd�r cheese into chili.
