Crack Chicken And Rice Casserole




 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1- 6.9 ounce box chicken rice � roni or �ny boxed rice �nd p�st� mix
  • 1 cup c�rrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1- 10.5 ounce c�n cre�m of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cre�m
  • 2 cups cooked chicken bre�st, chopped
  • 1/2 te�spoon bl�ck pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded sh�rp chedd�r cheese


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prehe�t the oven to 350 degrees. Gre�se � 9x13 b�king dish.
  2. Cook the rice � roni �ccording to p�ck�ge directions, �dding the c�rrots, green pepper �nd onion in the l�st 5 minutes of cooking.
  3. Stir in the cre�m soup, sour cre�m, chicken bre�st �nd bl�ck pepper. Remove from he�t.
  4. Spre�d the rice mixture evenly in the b�king dish. Cover with cheese.
  5. B�ke uncovered for 30 minutes then serve!
